The Psychology of Yoga

The science of transformation

Overview

Living through yoga we come face to face with gratitude, joy, love and compassion. Modern civilization is gradually embracing these qualities, opening us up to experiencing the sum of our being, and the virtue of emotional intelligence.
The Psychology of Yoga guides the way to leading a meaningful life with its principles founded in Samkhya philosophy, Ayurveda, the Upanishads, Patanjali Sutras, and several other sacred texts. Like a bird’s-eye-view, when we truly see ourselves from a sweeping vantage, we start to understand that momentary hardships are a passageway to greater wisdom and love of the eternal soul.
